"free" ==> 1000's of clients ==>
too many for "desktop" Access => need "server" SQL
1000's of "free" Web mail clients on one machine ==> not as scaleable
as SMTP/POP, needs very powerful hardware $$$$$$ to support the load.
Also, SQL Server for Internet is not "free".
Is "free" services on expensive software/hardware/bandwidth a valid
business model or a $$$ black hole?
