Adam,
Are you speaking of the Classic or Killer templates? If the Classics, that
is an unavoidable issue due to the hardwired 12-minute session timeout
imposed by IMail. That's one of the main reasons we went to a frameset
design in the Killer templates.
You might suggest to the customer that the only way to avoid the timeout is
to shift-click the Compose link (or otherwise open the Compose window in a
new window), leaving the auto-refreshing Menu page beneath, so the session
stays current.
Either that, or try to talk Ipswitch into a configurable session timeout
value. :)
