Pat,
If you can give me a URL and that customer's
account off-list to [EMAIL PROTECTED], I'll check
things out for you.

KWM
Thanks Ron. While logging into my customers acct,
it shows she has used 11.5 megs. She only has 3 emails in the inbox,
which I know is not over 1 meg. But their is no deleted folder showing, but
the pop up told her to empty the deleted folder.

Pat,
If they have a Deleted folder, it will be displayed on the left. The
reason you cannot create one is that we block that name with JavaScript,
since it is an IMail system default folder.

Thanks for the info, but if it is storing the
deleted mail in the deleted folder, how can they empty that folder if it
does not show while they are in their mailbox?
