Create an alias called "nobody", and point it to whatever user (or other
alias) you wish to have the dubious pleasure of receiving all mis-addressed
email sent to that domain.

By default, IMail sets up a "postmaster" alias that points at the "root"
user. It's easiest just to set a forward on that "root" user account to the
address of your choosing... and yes, all of the domain's root accounts can
be forwarded to one email address.
