Sounds good to me!
We are 400 internal corporate users and 147,000 external members
We are rolling out just email for members
The portal looks good for corporate users
How does KWM cope with a shared calendar? (5. below)
thanks

1st; I think SharePoint has a lot of potential in enhancing the
communication for a small group / organization (less than 100 people) or
small clubs (i.e. Lions...). I also believe the email is the most important
link in this chain.
2nd; In my experience the iMail/KWM is much superior product (and easier to
implement) than OutLook/Exchange.
So... there is potential in creation of simple "web based meeting place" for
such organization, so they can....
1. check their email (iMail/KWM)
2. post events (MS SharePoint)
3. be able to collaborate on issues (MS SharePoint)
4. vote/decide on certain issues (MS SharePoint)
5. keep a simple calendar (iMail/KWM)
what do you think ?

How exactly do you see SharePoint integrating with KWM/IMail? I may be
missing something, but they look like two very dissimilar applications...
