I suggest those of you with IIS5 get the HotFix checking tool and run it
once a week to get new hotfixes. I had this patch installed the day after
release without receiving any email notices.
Once you run the check, it puts events in your event viewer telling you
which hotfixes your missing, as well as a link to go download them. It
couldn't be easier.
