If any of you haven't looked at ServiceKeeper by Activeplus.com
then I highly recommend looking at it. I was greatly impressed
with it and it helped us make it through the IMAP crashing phase.
It also helps with DNS servers and just about anything else.
Look at it before you look at IPSWITCH's :-)
