We've used and relied IPSentry for about two years. Although we have
bought site licenses for it and some of the add-ons, the primary
monitoring is handled by two servers, each running basically identical
configurations, and generating modem-based pages, email-based pages,
emails, and restarting services etc. Reliable monitoring with
redundancy.
Good value and effective I reckon.
