They're in the Options pull-down, as long as you have admin rights. Look
for User Administration and Alias Administration. If you don't see them,
and you've got at least Host Admin rights, then your top frame is broken,
perhaps from a blank config_*.cgi file. Send us your URL and login to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and we'll have a look-see.
