Our company purchased the KWM templates a couple of weeks ago for
use with our 3rd-party hosting service who has just upgraded to
IMail 7. Interesting arrangement to try to support, but I
digress...
We tend to have rather lengthy distribution lists for our emails,
and I noticed fairly early on that the To, CC, and BCC lines are
limited in the templates to 255 characters. We've been limping
along by distributing the list among the three different lines,
but it's a bit painful.
While browsing the Ipswitch site last night, I noticed a note in
the 7.03 release notes that suggested this length issue was a
prior limitation of IMail itself that has been lifted as of
7.03.
If this is correct, do you have plans for making this change in
the templates, and is it a simple enough change that I might be
able to make it myself in the interim? Many thanks for any help
you can give me here.
