The documentation does not match the script code. Use 'MyDomain.com'
instead of 'mail.MyDomain.com' and 'MyDomain-large.com' instead of
'mail.MyDomain-large.com'.

My 'unique logos' and login name 'auto append with domain' all
work fine so long as I only use configure it to use domains like
'company.com' - But if I try to use 'mail.company.com' it fails -
Any ideas?
