It certainly suggests that, but what it should called it Authenticated Relay Only Does that explain it better? The programmers choose the screen labels and they typically do a p!ss poor job of it. I've made a lot of money consulting to relabel screens so that the screen labels actually said what the function or field was, gives an idea of what it does and what you're supposed to do with it.
