Eric, IMail 7 messed that feature up, and we're still trying to figure out how to get it to work right. One of our other users got it working, and forwarded this info to me:
Primary domain: --------------------------- official Host Name: domain.com Top Directory: f:\sites\domain.com\maildata Host Aliases: mail.domain.com External DB: table: domain_com Place web templates for PRIMARY in f:\sites\domain.com\maildata\web Secondary Domain: --------------------------- official host name: mail2.domain.com Top Directory: f:\sites\domain.com Host Aliases: Who cares? External DB: table: domain_com Place web templates for SECONDARY in f:\sites\domain.com\web -- USER CREATION NOTE: When creating users you MUST USE THE PRIMARY DOMAIN! If you use the secondary domain, then the users get created in f:\sites\domain.com\users and are ONLY accessible from that domain. If you create the users in the primary domain, then they are accessible in both. As a note... I am currently in heated discussion with IPSWITCH regarding this "BUG FIX"... Love their terminology.
