Great, glad to hear it.
Regarding login.html, it already has this code:
var showAltLogin=false
if(parseInt("<!--IMAIL.Include.config_ShowAlternateLogin.cgi-->")==1)
showAltLogin=true
which means if it wasn't showing up, your config_ShowAlternateLogin.cgi
file wasn't set to 1.
