Opening an email that redirects or worse with no control if you are going to choose to open the email or not. I find that scary. Also, at this point, almost once day I have to send someone an email because this issue does not allow them accesss to interface as the redirect fails and just shoots them out of the system.
Sending an email replaces their first message and resolves the problem, but it is not a good use of my time. thanks, I will try your suggestion later tonight when the volume is down.
