I must say, I am very happy to hear this! I use BulkRegister.com ($80 to start, $12 a domain) and am very happy with them.
One day I got a call from someone who said they worked for BulkRegister.com. They started to tell me about how they (BulkRegister) had just laid off like 15% of their staff and they were worried about the service I could expect from them in the future. They suggested that I renew all of my domains immediately through Registrars.com. At this point I realized that they lied about working for BulkRegister. I chewed the guy out for his scummy sales tactics and reported him to his supervisor (who didn't care) and to the California BBB (who did care). For a while I was being cc'd by the BBB on letters they were sending to Regustrars,cin but I'm not sure what the result was. Probably just a ding on their BBB report. My preference would lean towards the bigger and more stable companies, vs. the cheaper options. Easy administration is a must.
