No. As with any web template file, if a non-primary domain is missing a
file, iwebmsg will look in the primary domain's web directory for it. You
don't need a web directory, or any templates, in any non-primary domain,
if you don't want customizations for that domain. Most webmail admins
happily run dozens, or hundreds, of domains, from only one web
directory... making upgrades a snap.
