I was on the Killer templates and was crashing every hour Switching back to the stock templates has stabilized my server

On my final try of getting something out of ipswitch, they are requesting I go with their stock templates. I can understand this to isolate the problem - but has anyone had this issue and then seen improvements by switching? I thought people reported no improvements. This is something I will try, but am against. Not only will users complain they liked the old templates (KW) (ignoring the note that stock templates are temporary) they will also complain when we switch back to KW templates that they liked the stock templates. And then there will be those special users who will have imagined a third set of templates and will keep requesting we go back to those. Joy.
