Finally. I understand you are a developer for them, and your relationship is closer - but come on ispwitch. I am a customer with a service contract.
After the email I sent them about this - they could do something better than walk me through the same 10 steps everyone else goes through. In the email, I even said I would be satisfied if they would just admit a problem and let me know a fix was coming at some point. But to make me jump through hoops again???? ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!! I spent all day screwing around, while I haven't changed anything that caused the problem, I kept going back, did I do something, is it my fault? Last year's service contract with ipswitch is the worst money I have ever spent. This year I am spending the money on a downpayment for the brooklyn bridge, who knows - the chances I get the bridge are better than the chances I get service from ipswitch.
