It sounds like you have the same problem I have on a box.

My problem:

7.05 w/o HF: No problem
7.05 HF1 Accepts connections on port 80, but after a hour or so 'locks
up', it accepts connections on port 80 but sends no data, so it times
out.

7.05 HF2 & 7.06 Same as HF1, but crashes with an access violation after
5 mins in the 'locked up' state.
