Somehow an end user has caused her Inbox in KWM to disappear. I noticed that she created a folder called Maintenance and I have a nagging suspicion that it is related to her problem as the Inbox is actually called main.mbx.
How do you rebuild a folder list? Note that when you click on the "Move to folder..." in the message preview window the Inbox does not appear, however when you click on the "Move selected messages to ..." at the bottom of the message index window for a paticular folder, the Inbox is listed.
