You have both a main.mbx, and a Main.mbx? Somethings very wacky. This was
a v6 > 7 upgrade? Have you tried to reproduce the problem with stock
templates? You should, and then ask Ipswitch what the heck's going on.

Note that .mbx files can get corrupted, and the only solution is to delete
the file (after sending the plain text to the customer so they can
manually read their messages).
