It isn't usually possible via SMTP. The problem is that it requires access
to both the full E-mail (including the headers), as well as the SMTP
envelope (which includes all the recipients, even the ones not listed in
the headers). I'm not aware of any software that will strip out Bcc:
recipients.
Note that if you were able to do that, you would also eliminate mail from
all mailing lists, which also use Bcc:'s.
