While I wish I could offer a solution to the problem, perhaps it will make
you feel better just to know you are not alone.
I gave up months ago trying to figure this one out. It is usually off by an
hour, so at first I thought it was some kind of daylight savings time issue.
However, changing the time on my server seems to have no effect.

Well, I have tried everything to make emails show the right time and date.
It is not working. Strange thing is, I can send myself a message and get
it, and it is correct. Send it to someone else and it doesn't work. I send
mine, not from the server but remotely. Any ideas?
