The delete problem is a Netscape thing. I believe it had been
resolved with a tag change in the next revision.
The bounce mail can be for a variety of reasons. Look in your
logs and see if the message is getting there. Some MTAs will
look at the MX records and ignore A records or CNAME records
for a given domain.
Do you manage your own DNS?
