Charles,

It can run either way, we run it on the same server. Must change Imail's
SMTP port...easy to do. I can see no degredation in performance, but we only
have appr. 3000 transactions per day...The only draw back is the licensing,
it is by user. I can't see it being economical for a large user base, such
as an ISP. There may be a special licensing deal for that, I'm not
sure......You may want to contact Symantec to see...
