[IMail Forum] mailall.exe question

I currently maintain a mailing list of all users for all-user mailings by using 
makelist.exe.  This list is restricted by owner for sending.  I would like to switch 
to an alias for mailall.exe, but I notice it shows the alias it is mailed to.  Is 
there either a way I can restrict who can send to this alias OR a way to change the 
"To:" field?  I see the CLI has options for "From:" and "Subject:".  Ipswitch?  Maybe 
in 5.06?
