No as I thought of that as maybe the actual code was causing some sort of
memory leak but we have not customized any of the interfaces. This is my
whole take on this issue. Our iwebmsg like now is sitting at almost 0%, this
is not a constant problem but does happen 3 to 4 times a day. I believe or
at least to my knowledge this is the issue.
Imail has a problem with so called session time outs and memory allocation.
If a user is using the web messaging and fails to log out with the logout
button, the memory for that session is kept in swap so that next time it
does not have to allocate it out. I believe that if imail would write a
simple time out feature that would relinquish the memory or force a clean
sweep after so many minutes of inactivity that allot of this problem would
be resolved. Now I may be totally off as I myself am not much of a
programmer.
