For those familiar with modification of the web based imail system -

Question: Is there an easy way to modify the login for a particular user
when there password fails to logon to web based e-mail. We have one user we
have to reach, and they don't have the proper password on our system (we had
to reset their password, and don't know the old value of it).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
