I assume the customer has their own mail server? When I recently had to
set this up, I found no alternative but to assign the user's dial-up a
static IP address via RADIUS, and provide forward/reverse DNS pointers to
that address as the primary MX for the domain, your mailserver would be
secondary MX for that domain. With this, you make no entries in IMail for
the domain, just in the winnt/system32/drivers/etc/hosts file(I have no
idea why it's in such an obscure place<g>). The receiving mail server is
then set to send a ETRN command to your mail server upon dial-up. The ETRN
command causes your server to forward the queued mail for that domain. For
more details, check the IMail knowledgebase and search for ETRN.
