I'm not sure I've got the point here, but I think one should
password-protect THE SERVER machine itself! :-)
As a workaround for your concern, I would suggest you convert the file
system where IMail is installed to NTFS, and then set Read/Execute (RX)
permissions on iadmin.exe only for allowed users (usually those who are in
the Admin group).
