[IMail Forum] External Database

When I try to setup a domain with an external database (Sql Server 6.5) and
then add a user, I have a Dr Watson Error . I checked all the thnigs written
in : http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19990623-DM03.htm

in my event viewer, I have this error :

"The Open Procedure for service "ContentIndex" in DLL "QPerf.dll" failed.
Performance data for this service will not be available. Status code
returned is DWORD 0. "


Any ideas ?
