Ok, I think that the problem was the dll file , I copy again the
odbcuser.dll and I can create new users ..
However, they can't connect in webmessaging or use the Pop3 account, the
password seems bad ... I check in the database .. the passwords are ok and
the flags set to 128 ( for using webmessaging)
Why I have login Failed ?
