[IMail Forum] Disable send

First sorry for my english...

Is possible to disable only the ability to send email for one user?
I know that i can stop smtp service, but in this manner all users will be
stopped...and also ingoing email will be stopped....

with lock particular folder or files?

I work with Imail Database...not NT database....
