This MIGHT work. In order for this user
to send mail he has to connect to the SMTP service. You could put his IP address
in the control access and block him from there. This should not effect his
retrieval of his mail as that is done via either the POP3 or IMAP4 server. This
is predicated on his having a static IP address. If this is not the case try
putting his address in the Kill List.
