Find the services that are using those files and get rid of them! That is
your problem. Open regedit and search for the file names in question, when
you find them (if they are under the service branch) figure out the name of
that service and delete it from the registry.
Disclaimer: Registry problems should not be solved by the registry
challenged and can lead to heartache and misery. Microsoft always does that
so...
Your system is trying to launch services for which the associated files have
been nixed. You may have more troubles still beyond that, but that is the
first place to go. Were you using SMAIL before?
