We are an ISP and use the web interface for our customers. We do not charge
extra. Our customers can have up to 5 email accounts with us so the web
interface greatly reduces headaches of email client setup and
troubleshooting calls. It does take a bit of resources but not so much that
it will noticably slow down the nt system it is on. Not for us anyway,
someone else may have had a different experience.
