[IMail Forum] missing mails

Hello every one,

I have a strange problems here now. After a long time some users now are
complaining that they are missing mails. People call them and tell them they
have send mails but users haven't received it. and they have not received
bounced mail too. I was wondering where the he.. has gone. I can not figure
it out whats happening.

I have about 2000 users and only few complains so far.. ( finger cross)

Any one have any suggestions
