That is exactly what I'm looking for. However, at the end when your button
says "submit order", what happens at that point?  All my customer wants it
to do at that point is send him an email with all that info and do "nothing
else".

BTW - That site looks impressive, and let me know when its up and running
coz I might submit an order. No joking.
