The easiest way to do this is set up the new DNS servers first, then post
the change for the primary DNS servers to NSI. When the change gets
propagated, the new servers will begin to take all requests, and the old
servers will slowly stop. After about 2 days, the old servers can be shut
off without anyone ever noticing.
