ETRN delivers mail via SMTP - it does not spool to a directory.
Make sure you update the HOSTS file on the Imail server with your clients IP
address and domain name. When imail attempts to deliver the mail, it first
checks the hosts file, then DNS.
For example:
123.123.123.123 theirdomain.com
123.123.123.123 mail.theirdomain.com
where 123.123.123.123 is the IP of there inhouse smtp server.
