Len,

the problem I see is that exchange has no dedicated valid internet ip-address that is 
resolved by DNS when the ETRN command tells IMail to dequeue waiting messages. To me 
it seems that moving Exchange server BEFORE NAT-box is the only possible solution 
because the it would have an own valid internet ip-address. Assuming that DNS is setup 
correct exchange will then accept the messages coming in.

So it appears that Exchange 5.5 cannot, or nobody knows how, pick up mail 
via ETRN over a leased line?
