We recently upgraded Imail and are currently running 5.05 (I think). We
were previously 4.0x. One particular client has been printing out their
email on a regular basis for the last year via the browser interface.
Since upgrading, they haven't been able to. I currently can't
troubleshoot because my printer has decided it doesn't like computer
since I installed a zip - but that's a subject for another list :) The
client uses IE (not positive of version, if it matters I can find out).
Before, they were getting the entire contents of the frame containing
the email message. Since the upgrade, they only get the portion
visibile on the screen.
I'm guessing it's really a html/browser issue, but since it is the imail
interface :) thought I'd ask here. Has anybody experienced this and
know a work around? I've asked them already to try both the "print"
button and selecting print from the file menu, both have the same
effect. (netscape has some peculiarities where the two behave slightly
differently so I was hoping).
Any ideas would be appreciated.
