Compuserve does use a customized version of IE, much like MSN and AOL do. Might be
part of the problem. I had another problem on my site related to Compuserve's browser
(but unrelated to IMail), so I know it's not the standard, publicly distributed build.

On Dusty's question, is there a simple way to tell the versioning on the web
templates? I've highly customized mine, but if there's a bug fix, it might be worth
the time to go through and do a comparison between mine and the new(est) ones.

Sounds like they are using an older version of the IE built in
to Compuserve. However, I do not think there is going to
be anything you can do on the server end or in the web
templates to fix this for them. Possibly if they can use an
external browser through their compuserve connection
and update to some newer.

You are running the latest templates? Not sure what the latest
would be.
