Well, maybe the internet was paid for by taxes, and maybe the supercomputer 
center down there in corn-country was, but perhaps Mark Andressen paid 
tuition?

Maybe *he* paid for the priviledge of helping create it   :-)   and 
benefitted rather largely too, of course.

Then again, maybe not.
