Not that it matters to me one way or de other...
Netscape and IE are based on Mosaic. MS does not
hide the fact of where IE came from.

Based on NCSA Mosaic. NCSA Mosaic(TM); was developed
at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications at
the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Distributed under a licensing agreement with Spyglass, Inc.
Of course since then the NCSA has moved into my bedroom.
(According to some folks).
