A kill file only offers a way to refuse mail by address. And since
most spammers will blast with an array of addresses that are very
hard to keep up with it is almost impossible. I have directed off
some attacks with a kill file but only temporarily.
You could use global rules to filter out SPAM and it works fairly
well. Do a search in the knowledge base for SPAM or check
out http://bbs.lynndust.com/imail for some tips on doing this.
