[IMail Forum] open append fail

We are randomly getting bounced messages. These bounces appear to be related
to messages in the log indicating "open append fail." I talked to support
and they recommended giving SYSTEM rights to the IMAIL directory and its sub
directories, which I did. The problem persists. We have 2.6 GB available.
Has anyone else seen this?
