An "Army registered header" is obviously a header that has been
registered with the Army. These headers have an non-specific talents or
abilities that might be useful in wartime, thus registration is required by
the Dangerous Header Act of 1997. While nominally civilians, these headers
could be called to active duty during a national emergency, declared war,
or for other cause that serves the national interest of the United States.
Most of these headers are unscrupulous ruffians that tend to hang out in
bars and date woman of questionable reputation. As a group they are
normally heavy drinkers, dress badly, and bathe rather infrequently. They
are, however, an arrogant lot and have been known to gang up on innocent
nerd-type headers, edit their DNS entries, and generally make a mess of
civilized header society. Bouncing between caffine highs and alcoholic
depressions, they tend to be rather moody and take offense at the slightest
comment, thus provoking their violent nature.
Be afraid...be very afraid!
Seriously though, I haven't a clue :)
