Perhaps this is a feature request. It seems reasonable that if a
template file is missing that Imail should pick up the template file from
the default domain. That's the most flexible solution. If you make changes
to the templates, you don't have to copy them to each directory. If you want
something unique for a virtual domain, you can place the altered template in
the virtual domain directory.
